CO3

CO3 Chief Officers 3rd Sector is the membership organisation for third sector leaders in Northern Ireland.  Their mission is to promote excellence in third sector leadership.

The grant supports the post of Head of Leadership and Development which has enabled a number of projects and events to be run over the last year.  A mentoring programme with 12 Chief Executives from small organisations in the sector has been a huge success.  A number of the mentor/mentee relationships are continuing beyond the programme.  The detailed review of the mentoring programme has led to the organisation including a new Mentoring programme for year 3 of Creating Change.
